”남북분단 고통이지만 같은 언어 쓰는 건 희망”
(교황 전세기=연합뉴스) 박성진 특파원 = 프란치스코 교황이 일본군 위안부 피해자 할머니들과 한국 국민이 일본 제국주의 침략에도 인간적인 품위를 잃지 않았다고 높이 평가했다.
프란치스코 교황은 18일(현지시간) 한국 방문을 마치고 돌아가는 전세기 안에서 한 기자회견에서 위안부 피해자 할머니들을 만난 소감을 묻는 말에 이같이 대답했다.
교황은 “한국민은 침략의 치욕을 당하고 전쟁을 경험한 민족이지만 인간적인 품위를 잃지 않았다”면서 “오늘 할머니들을 만났을 때 이분들이 침략으로 끌려가 이용을 당했지만, 인간적인 품위를 잃지는 않았다고 생각했다”고 밝혔다.
프란치스코 교황은 이날 오전 4박5일 방한 마지막 일정으로 명동성당에서 열린 미사에서 일본군 위안부 피해자 할머니들을 만나 위로했다.
교황은 이들을 접하고는 전쟁의 잔혹함을 생각했다고 말했다.
교황은 “할머니들은 이용을 당했고 노 예가 됐다”면서 “이들이 이처럼 큰 고통 속에서도 어떻게 품위를 잃지 않았는지 생각하게 된다”고 말했다

(教皇チャーター機=連合ニュース) 朴性真特派員 = プランチスコ教皇が日本軍慰安婦被害者お婆さんたちと韓国国民が日本帝国主義侵略にも人間的な品位を失わなかったと高く評価した.
プランチスコ教皇は 18日(現地時間) 韓国訪問を終えて帰るチャーター機中で一記者会見で慰安婦被害者お婆さんたちに会った所感を問う言葉にこのように答えた.
教皇は韓国民は侵略の恥辱にあって戦争を経験した民族だが人間的な品位を失わなかったと今日お婆さんたちを会った時こちらたちが侵略で引かれて行って利用にあったが, 人間的な品位を失わなかったと思ったと明らかにした.
プランチスコ教皇はこの日午前 4泊5日訪韓最後の日程で明洞聖堂で開かれたミサで日本軍慰安婦被害者お婆さんたちに会って慰めた.
教皇はこれらを接してからは戦争の残酷さを思ったと言った.
教皇はお婆さんたちは利用にあったし櫓例になったとこれらがこのように大きい苦痛の中でもどんなに品位を失わなかったのか思うようになると言った
솔직한 심정이었지만 평화와 화해를 위한 미사 때 교황님이 왜놈들 성노 예피해 할머니들과 조우할 때는 순간 울컥하더라. 이 세상 그 누가 억울한 그들을 치유해 줄 수가 있고, 또한 할머니들이 화해를 제대로 해 주겠는가 말이다. 꽃다운 나이에 그렇게 당했는데, 지금도 잡아떼며 개헛수작을 지껄이는 용서못할 왜놈들을 보면 더욱 그러할 것이다. 입당 성가도 구슬프고 날씨 또한 우중충한 데, 할머니들에 대한 동정심도 더 하더군.
