I’ll be the first to admit that I haven’t given new idol groups like AOA a chance. My RSS feed is saturated with weekly debuts, and as the shoe-sacrificing woman from Oklahoma City once said, “Ain’t nobody got time for that.”

But one group finally did grab my attention, and they did it with a classic double-take manoeuvre.
